How do I access the platform?
Use the platform access button on the website. It opens the configured platform in a new browser tab. If it is a test environment, available services may differ from a production release.

Where are my holdings and transactions?
Positions contains the asset overview and current holdings. Fund Details opens Trade History. Account also includes a Trade History entry.
Where are security settings?
Open Account, then Security Settings. Account controls include login password settings, a transaction password and Identity Verification.
Are website prices live?
No. This website does not publish live prices. Refer to the platform for available market information.
Can I download a native app?
Choose Download HVP PRO to view the iOS and Android download options. Download links open in a new tab when a channel is enabled.
